Forgotten Trail Farm Candy Co. had an unanticipated beginning when our family bought a freeze dyer for preserving fruits and vegetables. Looking up information about freeze drying on FaceBook led us to this new thing called freeze dried candy, we figured we could maybe make our money back from buying the machine. After all the positive feedback from our customers and several shows later, we bought another freeze dryer because we couldn't keep up with the demand! This is our 3rd year in business and we now have 5 freeze dryers! You never know what God has planned for you and we are truly blessed to be able to  serve our customers.
